Discover and relate to your inner child parts in a deeper and more loving way through this guided meditation.

The first 30 mins of the session will be a conversation where we get to know each other and understand the patterns coming up in your life. Then we will go into meditation where you will bring forward your inner child or protector parts and we will more deeply understand why these parts have developed these patterns and how we can relate to them in a more loving and constructive way.
